Dulwich Harps	Peckham Rye Common – The pitch is situated adjacent to Peckham Rye B219 just south of the intersection with East Dulwich Road/Nunhead Lane.
Heston Gaels	Grasshoppers Rugby Club, Isleworth – Turn off the Great West Road A4 at Gillette Corner onto the northern section of Syon Lane B454 in the direction of Greenford. Take the second right (after Tesco’s) into Macfarlane Lane and the pitch is on the left towards the end of the road.
North London Shamrocks	Enfield Playing Fields, Donkey Lane, EN1 - Roundabout at the junction of Great Cambridge Road (A10) and North Circular (A406), take the exit signposted Waltham Cross. The ground is located behind the Half Way House pub.
Parnells	Northwick Park, Harrow – Turning off Watford Road A404 at the John Lyon roundabout, follow The Crescent joining into Carlton Avenue West, then take a left turn into The Fairway which leads straight into Northwick Park playing fields.
Round Towers	Mitcham Rugby Club – Turn off London Road A217 (about 1km south of Mitcham Station) into Green Wrythe Lane. Take the second left into Revesby Road. Turn right at the end into Peterborough Road and the playing fields are on your left.

St Josephs	Perivale Park Sports Ground, Cowgate Road – Off Greenford Road. Greenford turn off on A40 in the direction of Greenford. 1st left.
St Kiernans	Mill Hill Rugby Club – Turn off the A1 at Five Ways Corner (junction of A1 and A41) into Page Street. At top of the hill, turn right into Champions Way which leads into the Copthall stadium and pool. The clubhouse is immediately on your right.
St Kiernans	Montrose Playing Fields, Colindale NW9 – Turn off the Edgware Road A5 (opposite the Mercedes dealership) into Greenway Gardens. The entrance to the playing fields is at the end of the road.
Tara	John Billam Sports Ground, Preston Road – Turn off the A4006 Kenton Road at the intersection with Kenton Lane and Woodcock Hill. Follow Woodcock Hill for approx ¾ mile to reach the entrance to the pitch on your right.
Thomas McCurtains	Goodmayes Hospital, Seven Kings - Going in an easterly direction on the Eastern Avenue A12, take the filter lane to the right into Barley Lane (the turning is the second set of lights after passing Newbury Park Tube Station and is signposted King George’s Hospital). Passing King George’s Hospital on the right, Goodmayes Hospital is next door. Turning in at the main entrance, turn sharp left along a narrow track to reach the playing fields.
Tir Chonaill Gaels	TirChonaill Park, Greenford – Turn off Greenford Road A4127 (opposite main entrance to Glaxo factory) into Berkeley Avenue. The entrance to the playing fields is directly facing you at the end of the road.
Granuaille	Northwick Park, Harrow – Turning off Watford Road A404 at the John Lyon roundabout, follow The Crescent joining into Carlton Avenue West, then take a left turn into The Fairway which leads straight into Northwick Park playing fields.
Kilburn Gaels	St Aloysius Sports Ground, Highgate, N6 – Turn off Archway Road A1 (just beside Highgate Tube Station) into Shepherds Hill. Take the first right into Stanhope Road and then first left into Hurst Avenue. The sports ground is on the right.
Sean Treacys	Mitcham Rugby Club – Turn off London Road A217(about 1km south of Mitcham Station) into Green Wrythe Lane. Take the second left into Revesby Road. Turn right at the end into Peterborough Road and the pitch is on your left.
